Hanlon is a highly configurable, web-based solution for economic development initiatives. The system is modularised, offering a totally integrated solution for regeneration programmes - track participants, manage vacancies, engage and support employers, monitor funding. You simply select the modules to fit your requirements.

It is a tried and tested solution, underpinned by multi-agency partnership management and robust reporting.

In addition to the four cornerstone modules, the system also offers training course management, customer feedback, events management and property management.

Implementation

  • Built upon years of experience, we are able to set up the Hanlon system to effectively monitor employability, welfare to work, health & well-being and business growth programmes.
  • We have tried and tested processes to import existing data.
  • User training is modularised. Users select relevant training modules based upon their role. Initial training is delivered on site. Refresher and advanced training can be delivered remotely. A training environment is constantly maintained.

Hosting

  • We host our customers’ systems in our own secure data centre in Nottingham.
  • Our applications, processes and network are covered by our ISO27001 certification.
  • Users access the system through a secure Hanlon web site sub domain which has an SSL certificate applied. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
  • We have robust and reliable processes in place to ensure that our customers’ data is secure and never leaves the UK.

Maintenance

  • Our helpdesk is available 8.30am to 5pm on any working day and can be contacted by dedicated phone line and email. All queries and issues are dealt with by our own friendly staff. All calls are logged and can be tracked through our internal Information Security Management System.
  • In addition to dealing with queries the helpdesk can also be contacted to request ad hoc reports.
  • Our systems are continuously developed, either introducing new functionality or enhancing existing in response to customer feedback. We aim to release four major updates per year and we also release interim builds in response to specific user requests.

Compliance

  • We are ISO9001 and ISO27001 certified. We are also IIP and C2E accredited and we are an approved Crown Commercial Service supplier.
  • Both Hanlon Software Solutions and our systems are GDPR compliant.
  • Our systems meet the monitoring requirements of many funded programmes including DWP, ESF, ESFA, SDS and the Big Lottery Fund.
